有個印度老人的兒子失業了,剛開始整天不去找工作游手好閒,後來聽他爸爸的話開始學瑜伽靜坐,有天,老人的朋友在路上遇到老人
老人的朋友: 你的兒子還在失業嗎?現在在做什麼?老人: 他現在好多了、在靜坐老人的朋友: 那很好啊,總比整天坐在那裡什麼都不做好多了
Old Indian's friend: Is your son still unimployed? What is he doing now?
Old Indian: He is better now. He is meditating.
Old Indians' friend: Oh...it's good. It's better than sitting there doing nothing.
